This versatile court is available for Pickleball play with space for up to two courts. Located in the heart of downtown One Loudoun, it’s the perfect spot for both casual and competitive Pickleball enthusiasts. The facility includes locker rooms, restrooms, and water fountains for convenience, along with an on-site café offering healthy food and beverages.

TFE has much to offer our community and members. We are committed to our community through partnership and sponsorship of community events as well as in our facility itself. From hardcore athletes to active families, our members are getting healthier and reaching their fitness goals at TFE.

Things to Know

Enter through the main entrance and check in at the front desk. Let them know you are there for a court rental and share the specific group, event, and time of the rental. Have your confirmation with you.

NBA sized basketball court with half the court available for rental. Half court includes 3 basketball hoops (can play short court), or 1 volleyball net. Locker room and restroom facilities and water fountains available for use.

Facility Rules

Please confirm your organization's use of the space in your rental request. Volleyball, Basketball, etc. Please include the number of participants and their age. Each person will be required to sign a liability waiver. Minors (under the age of 18) will need a parent with them at check in. Please bring a valid photo identification (Drivers License, Passport or other State Issued).

Facility Rental Requirements

A rental agreement and certificate of liability insurance will be executed through the rental process with the VP.
