Description
Coach Kenny Yates has over 20-years' worth of experience in the sports and fitness industry. As a certified personal trainer, Coach has been blessed to turn a love and a passion into a profession. Within his 20+ years experience, he has instructed adult boot camps, group, personal one-on-one, and youth training, strength and conditioning, which also included athletic team training. Kenny's area of expertise includes: weight training, weight loss, strength and conditioning, team training and athletic based training.
In his coaching career, Coach Kenny has had the privilege to assist and work with over 50 athletes who have gone on to play collegiately. These schools include, but are not limited to: University of Louisville, Ohio State University, East Carolina University, UMASS, Oregon, Harvard, Yale, Brown, Appalachian State, Liberty, and Roanoke, just to name a few.

My passion is educating, inspiring, motivating and focusing on the individual needs of each client. I believe each person is unique and so is their path to desired results. Athletic, strength training is the core of my methodology as it develops the athletes within. Ive been around some amazing athletes and we all have the desire to be better, reaching beyond our known capabilities.
